Hey guys! Super excited to share that I've shed 14.5 lbs! 🎉 Used to unwind with a beer every day after work, but cutting it out made me realize how bloated and gross I was feeling. Also kicked the habit of munching on fried foods like chips, fries, and donuts. they were weighing me down more than I realized. Big congrats to everyone else on their weight loss journey!
