Not done one for a few years. But I remember last time it gets credited back to your payment method. For example I used PayPal and it just got put back in there plus a share of the winnings (if any)

It sits in your DietBet account as "Points" (1 pt = 1 $). It stays there until you choose to cash out--which then goes to PayPal (at least for me). Or you can reinvest those points for buy-in for future games.
