  • Went for a hike yesterday for the first time in months and oh boy! Some of those inclines were a killer and definitely feeling it today! But it was so good to be out in nature, especially now that the days are getting longer and the weather is warming up. What’s your exercise of choice?

I need ideas for short workouts/exercises I can do at home. Currently I just do 20 mins incline on the treadmill.

I have:
•dumbbells (5,10,15)
•resistance bands (loop style)
•resistance bands (long non-loop)
•step

I want to do more but I honestly don’t know WHAT to do.

Infographics to show me steps of an excercise that I can save are bonus points.
