    1/4-1/2 c fruit (bananas or berries work well)
    Stevia drops or sugar free maple syrup

    Blend fruit and cottage cheese. Sweeten with stevia drops or sugar free syrup.

    I love this with strawberries and banana or mixed berries

I need ideas for short workouts/exercises I can do at home. Currently I just do 20 mins incline on the treadmill.

I have:
•dumbbells (5,10,15)
•resistance bands (loop style)
•resistance bands (long non-loop)
•step

I want to do more but I honestly don’t know WHAT to do.

Infographics to show me steps of an excercise that I can save are bonus points.

  • Last night’s dinner! Super easy!

    Chicken thighs.
    1 cup teriyaki ( I like very yeri)
    1 cup water
    2tbsp corn starch

    Marinade thighs in 1c water and 1c teriyaki. Pour it all into a skillet and cook until chicken is done. Combine 2tbsp with a small amount of cold water and add to skillet. Serve with 1 cup of rice and 6oz of broccoli.

    Calories: 593
    Protein: 44.4
    Carbs: 78.8
    Fat: 9.4
