I need snacks suggestions for luteal phase of perimenopause. Period should start in 8-10 days.

My meals are well planned. Hitting my macros. I drink plenty of water. Peeing clear all day!
but sometimes I want a little something.

I can talk myself out of it most of the time, be an grown up. I do have in my day a snack planned but not necessarily assigned to something.

I have done in the past: dates with peanut butter.
Orange with a piece of dark chocolate.
Pumpkin seeds.
I usually want something sweet but can be savory.

For a sweet treat I love fat free Greek yogurt mixed with frozen berries. I sweeten it with a bit of sugar free maple syrup or sugar free Torani coffee syrup. With the berries being frozen, is starts to freeze the yogurt too, and turns it into a soft serve ice cream consistency. I also love Built Puff protein bars. For a savory snack I’ve been liking the Quest tortilla chips lately. Especially the chili lime flavor.

Gooood morning and happy first day of your 2026 Fat Blast!

Firstly, regarding this morning’s live workout…I know weekdays are tough to get a time where people can join due to work, school and all the other adult obligations. So, I am going to push today’s Live to this Saturday 1/10 @ 10am CST. I think then we will be able to accommodate more people to join!

The first live Q&A will also be this next weekend on Sunday 1/11 (time TBD), where we can discuss how the first week went, and I can answer any questions y’all have.
