I start a math class on Monday and I thought of a great metaphor
(Strength training + protein) x (cardio + calorie deficit)= weight loss

I will be enjoying a relaxing weekend before my next class as math makes me nervous 😬

That’s really cool to tie it all up into one little equation! Way to go.

I knew the first round would be close but I'm not quite there as of this morning. Fingers crossed I'll be under the line tomorrow. Historically my weight has been very volatile day to day and it's been a PROBLEM for past DietBets but I'm trying to remain optimistic. Good luck everyone.

This is my first transformer. How long do the round payouts take?

Thank you. I thought we’d get smaller payouts after each round. Sounds like they’ll add them all together and payout at the end.

Tarahh

It will likely be July 5+ when the payout happens

Up 2 pounds this week. Uggh. It took 3 weeks to lose it and in 1 week it’s back. . . Such is life.

Just going to keep at it and hope for a loss this week and slowly but surely make my way to the 160s.

    How was everyone else’s week?

I'm right back where I started too. If we can do it once we can do it again! I know I'm "in it to win it."

  • Michael M. My tracker is called weight loss simple tracker, it’s free and I love it.

I lost almost a pound this week and made my goal for my previous transformer. After missing the goal for round 2 & 3 last transformer, I’m so glad I didn’t give up.

My grand total is 72 pounds in 17 months. This will be my last transformer. The final weigh in for this transformer will put my BMI under 25 and I really feel I can get there and be “healthy.” (I started at obesity class 2 at 250 pounds.) It’s been a long slow road, and I love that slow and steady pace has allowed me make lifelong healthy habits.

I’m so grateful for the accountability and support, thank you. Good luck everyone!
