- I've been on the road this week with my dad - we've been making fresh vegetable salads together (cucumber, red capsicum, salad onion, red cabbage, zucchini, carrot, topped with boiled eggs, sauerkraut and green goddess dressing (avocado, garlic, Celtic salt, parsley, lemon juice - whizzed together in the ninja) 😋
