I am inspired to be better today.

As I am reading through the posts, I see a lot of achievements.

Some late starts, some delays in dieting, some who started strong, but the common denominator is your determination in showing up for yourself!

If today didn't go your way, there's still time. It is not all-or-nothing, rather the small steps that get you back on track!

10k steps with my weighted vest, staying in a 1,500 calorie defecit and trying to get 50-80 grams of protein on the daily are my 3 main goals. Trying to get this money backkkkkkk! Let’s goooo 😬💪
