  • Mindset check + workout talk
Some days motivation shows up… and some days it doesn’t. On those days, mindset is everything. Instead of asking “Do I feel like working out?” try asking “What can I get done today?” even a short walk or quick stretch counts.

Finding workouts you actually enjoy makes staying consistent so much easier. Movement shouldn’t feel like punishment — it’s something you get to do for yourself.
    So tell us 👇

What’s your go-to workout when you just need to get something done?
Walking, lifting, dance, yoga, classes, at-home videos?
Let’s steal ideas from each other and keep showing up, one workout at a time.

I have a HiiT class I love seeing people at. I also like to go walking and jogging with friends

I love Zumba classes, barre, jumping on trampoline, free weights, and classes. I try to walk everyday and do step bets.

Well didn't make it this round. Was up a little from the last one but I figured I was gonna be. But this is the last 15lbs I want to lose so it's the hardest! Well here's to next month and trying to get it done!

I’m right there with you on the last 15 of my journey. I’ve been at it for about 12 years now. Started about 260 and lowest was 170. Got down shortly for my daughter’s wedding but then menopause hit and I was up 25. It’s so hard but I’m glad to say I’m down 13 since January. Might not hit my round 3 goal but the scale is moving again so that’s good. I want to quit this transformer to not lose money but I keep telling myself to just keep at it!

DietBet Grace

Stick with it, Katie! That last little bit is definitely the hardest. You've got this!

I will not be winning this round, I’m so disappointed. But I’m not giving up. I’m determined to win round 4.

I have been one pound short on both rounds so far and then hit my goal weight the day after weigh ins, it is maddening. I am one pound over again today so going to see if I can lose that and weigh in tomorrow morning. I am still losing, just not at the right times!! Oh well, will keep going!

The first 3 months were aggressive, but I think now I have a plan that is working :) slowly but surely in the right direction!!

  • I woke up weighing 199.8 which is huge. Lost 7.8 pounds. The other thing is that I had my period and with my adenomyosis, my pain was bad, I did stay home, haven’t walked because weather is poop and I looked 6 months pregnant last week. I knew I was weighing more than before I started the challenge so I decided NOT TO WEIGH myself and just cruise through. I said to myself: not the time to weigh. Let’s wait for the inflammation to go down.

    Anyway. I feel happy.

  • So proud of myself! Met my goal weight for round 1, did 4 weeks of a Step Bet outside walking at least 2.5 miles everyday in January and did dry January with no slip ups! Consistency is key! My house sends it love! Burrr it’s cold out!

I do so good when I am at work, so during the week, I am great. The weekend is when I seem to falter. I am going to try to keep my diet where it needs to be for this 3 day weekend coming up.

Plan your weekend meals ahead of time and prep them Saturday morning if you can. Don’t let you weekend be your weak end.

Same here. In laws, family dinner, lots of good cooks! Definitely harder with the extra time.

  • 💧 Welcome to Hydration Week! 💧

This week, we’re focusing on one of the most powerful (and underrated) habits for feeling good: drinking enough water. Hydration supports everything: energy levels, digestion, workouts, focus, mood, and even hunger cues. Sometimes when we think we’re hungry or tired, our body is really just asking for water.

A few gentle ways to build hydration into your day:

💧Start your morning with a full glass of water before anything else
💧Keep a reusable bottle nearby so water is always within reach
💧Flavor your water with lemon, cucumber, mint, berries, or electrolyte packets
💧Pair water with habits you already have (before meals, after the bathroom, post-workout, during work breaks)
💧Sip throughout the day instead of trying to “catch up” all at once

You don’t need to aim for perfection. Progress and awareness are the goals. Every sip counts, and small changes add up fast! 💙

👉 Question: What’s one thing that helps you remember to drink more water?

Taking my meds with water. I always drink extra.

Vivien P.

Keeping water handy all the time, so I'm visually seeing it all the time to remind me to drink more.
