Weekends are always tough for me. Always gain a couple pounds and then it takes a couple days to get it back off. And here I am at the end of the challenge trying to get a couple pounds back off lol

Struggled with this one but made it! I was nervous. I'm in the middle of a night shift set, and that's always tough to get nutrition and sleep on point.

How is everyone doing with maintaining? Seems strange to not be focused on weight loss for a change

I completely agree! But we had birthdays, a bridal shower, a work convention in Las Vegas and a family vacation. So for me, this was more manageable. And thankfully, I’ve stayed right at my weigh in weight! ?

Maintenance has been great. I now want to focus on losing about 2% more in body fat.
