I am so glad I did this. It really helped me to take it seriously as I get started. Now, I am locked in on my tracking and ready to continue this journey for the rest of the year!
In order to protect my nervous system and hormones, I’m personally slowing down to 1.3ish lbs a week and then in 4 weeks, I will be taking a 2 week maintenance break. I will still be consistent in my tracking and workouts, no matter what phase I am in. I will alternate 8 weeks at a deficit with 2 weeks at maintenance for the rest of the year.
What are y’all planning, moving forward from here?
