Despite some setbacks, I’m 1.5lbs away from my goal. Sooo close. I’m hoping a lot of it is water weight. I have been horrible about staying hydrated so I’m going to try and flush that out over the next few days.

I’m the same - just over a pound away from goal!! I KNOW I haven’t been so good with water drinking. Going to power drink tomorrow!!!

Stay hydrated! The opposite happens where if your body feels thirsty, it will retain MORE water.

If you’re a pound away, doing cardio the day of weigh in can shed a little if you’re uneasy. I understand that weight fluctuations can be nerve wrecking
