Despite some setbacks, I’m 1.5lbs away from my goal. Sooo close. I’m hoping a lot of it is water weight. I have been horrible about staying hydrated so I’m going to try and flush that out over the next few days.

I’m the same - just over a pound away from goal!! I KNOW I haven’t been so good with water drinking. Going to power drink tomorrow!!!

Stay hydrated! The opposite happens where if your body feels thirsty, it will retain MORE water.

If you’re a pound away, doing cardio the day of weigh in can shed a little if you’re uneasy. I understand that weight fluctuations can be nerve wrecking

I’m just under my goal for the month for the last couple of days. I have a birthday party to go to on Saturday - it’s a joint party for a few of us, me being a birthday person, along with both of my kids and my dad. Really hoping Saturday doesn’t push the scale up. Suggestions?

Are you a DietBet Member? Like, do you do the weekly official (reviewed with photos) weigh ins? If so, you could do one on saturday morning, then you can re-use it for 48 hours for game weigh-ins. Hope I'm explaining it well!

I workout, I meal plan, I meal prep, and everything is going to plan until my kids want to have a treat and I indulge too or my husband brings home some beer or dessert. It all gets detailed. I was down two pounds but now I’m back to the start. 😫

My little guy is 4 and loves to workout with me. He mostly talks to me the whole time and helps me count but every now and then he’ll go grab the 2lb weights and try to do a move with me. We got him the kids air walker from Amazon and he likes to get on it while I’m on the elliptical. They are always watching.
