Already close to the next goal weight but I have had a potato reset planned for February to hone in my healthy habits.
My version is -
Unlimited amount of potatoes, greens, and non starchy veggies, oil free condiments and spices, 1 cup plant milk per day, 1 Brazil nut per week for selenium, plus decaf coffee and teas.
The second week I can add berries and beans, the third week add oats, the forth week add sweet potatoes and tofu. Putting this out in the world for accountability.
Starts tomorrow! Woot!
