Hi, I’ve played many games and find this to be a great motivator. The last two years however I’ve played a few games and lost. I’ve had stubborn weight and late night snacks. I did a bet in January and lost 6 pounds. Now I’m doing my second bet of 2026 to lose another 6 pounds. The goal weight (152) is significant because it’s close to favourite weight and I haven’t been there for a long long time. As a result I have some noise in my head about sabotage so my plan is to ignore the noise, eat within my calories, focus a bit more on protein have some fruit. On my I days off I plan to get lots of walking and band workouts and to r focus on me and put myself first for the next four weeks
