We’re a few days in now! How’s everyone feeling? Sometimes the first week feels exciting and motivating… and sometimes it feels like “okay wow, I forgot this takes effort.” Both are normal.
This week isn’t about perfection. It’s about building rhythm. Getting back into routines that make you feel good. Going to bed a little earlier. Drinking a little more water. Moving your body even when you don’t feel like it.
Spring doesn’t bloom overnight. It happens gradually. Steadily. That’s what we’re doing here.
