  • Yesterday was a big day here in the PNW. Rain is out of control! My barn flooded so I spent the day building fortifications and cleaning up the mess. I'm considering that my workout!

Tasty Tuesday:
I have THE biggest sweet tooth known to man. Anything sugary and fatty is my kryptonite. I am trying different sweet but healthy snacks this week and have landed on apple slices dipped in goat cheese drizzled in honey.

I like the pause before eating. Even now when o have a pretty tight plan for my daily food intake, I like a little spontaneity and I’ve got healthy options for that too. Mindfulness really good skill to build here.
