I was able to workout 2/3 days despite the cold ?. I’ve also found ways to incorporate little bursts of exercise throughout my day! My weekend is being spent at my second job… still eating take away with the girls but making better choices of food!

Great question! Casi is correct, as a non-member, you only submit the Initial and Final weigh-in. You can also submit unofficial weigh-ins, which is when you update your weight in the app to keep track of your progress, but you don't submit anything.

So I started at 314 and after some fasts and lower calorie intake, I'm down to 296.8. I know there's a lot of water weight that goes into this but I wonder how much of this was actually meaningful weight loss.
