Keep weighing! You'll find that fluctuations like that are super normal and taking one day's weight a week isn't a great way to track. I like to weigh Wed, Thurs, Fri and take an average. It's amazing the difference I'll see in those 3 days!

I just learned that popped popcorn has a lot of calories. 1/3 cup of unpopped popcorn is around 350 cal. those calories really add up fast. I also realized if you put pepper on as well as salt it taste really good.

I’m in same boat. Got my head around fact I can eat smarter and not eat all my results made in gym and hot yoga efforts. We can do this. Let the game be our framework.

Water weight still dropping off so it feels good but I’m about at the plateau stage where it has to be fat coming off. Favorite breakfast is egg whites with spinach, psyllium husk and protein powder. Second favorite meal is oatmeal with protein powder and cinnamon husk and a cut apple. I’m going to get my LDL down. And I’m back to working out every day with incline walk on the treadmill and a HIIT work out every few days.

I went from a keto diet to a regular diet, even though I am not overweight by medical standards. I have high cholesterol. My triglycerides are low, but my LDL is very high as a shift into foods that are higher carb with more fiber it is harder to not feel hungry. So I plan to start this morning with a incline walk on the treadmill and plan my food to help me stay focused I can do this. I dropped a couple of pounds quickly, but it was likely all water weight so now the hard work begins.

I am on day two and being on this plan kept me doing well for the half a day yesterday after I started. It is interesting that I am very black-and-white. I will do very well when I have structure, but the minute a program is over I’m back to over eating. That gives me something to think about and work on in the meantime this is our first very snowy day and I have planned out my food and do a workout today. Feeling good that at the moment I am in control I think.
