Don’t deprive yourself if your not use to sticking to a strict diet but make modifications if you can, smaller portions, etc
I do intermittent fasting it fits my schedule better especially since I’m not a eat in the morning time person.
It’s honestly going to be a battle but that battle starts in the kitchen love :raised_hands:
