Day 2 and I am starving and breaking my diet already…. would love to know if any experienced dieters can share what you do.

What do you think
A) A strict start is best - cut calories as low as you can be consistent with…
B) Slow and Steady - eat as much as you can while still being in a calorie deficit…
or

Don’t deprive yourself if your not use to sticking to a strict diet but make modifications if you can, smaller portions, etc
I do intermittent fasting it fits my schedule better especially since I’m not a eat in the morning time person.
It’s honestly going to be a battle but that battle starts in the kitchen love :raised_hands:

Water, water, water! It helps me! I try to do smaller portions. Add a veggie, the fiber will fill you up. Keep going, you got this!
