does anybody have some useful tips in how to not eat when you’re not hungry? i really struggle with binge/emotional eating and even though i am able to delay the urge, ale ALWAYS give in and it makes me really frustrated. thanks!:)

This is a huge issue for me. I find it best to have healthy snacks to hand such as grapes, celery/carrot sticks, etc as I know I’m going to give in at some point and end up snacking. At least this way you aren’t going to sabotage your weight loss.
