Traveling for work for first 10 days of this Dietbet. 😬😬😬 so I gave myself some grace and decided to limit my carb intake to 40 carbs a day. Just to have some accountability when I’m on site and they are throwing food at me constantly. Made it so far!!!! Whew! It was difficult when they offered me Dunkin Donuts but I prevailed! lol

I am going to start taking walks while we’re doing this DietBet, and I thought it might be fun to make a group Spotify walking playlist that we can all contribute to.
