    This week my kiddos are on spring break so the week looks a little different. It just means I have to plan things a little more to make sure I’m getting in my workouts and meal planning for extra people during the day.

    Mondays are the days we make the plan to make it happen! What does your success look like this week?

Continuing the regular workouts and the light dinners (with heavier breakfasts and lunches!) it’s a very busy week for me and I slept terribly last night thinking about it but hopefully it all goes smoothly.

  • Good morning. And happy Saturday! It’s the weekend!

    Typically my weekends are full of adulting but this weekend I need to go for a run too. This week is 4.5 miles and I need some new music for my playlist. What’s your favorite genre or song to workout to? This can be walking, running, lifting weights, or even shaking your tush around the living room!

    My playlist is pretty eclectic from Spice Girls to Garth Brooks to Kpop Demon Hunters.

  • Good morning! It’s workout Wednesday!

    What’s your preferred workout? When the weather is nice, I love to get out to a local park and go for a walk/run around the lake. Something about being out there just helps to reset my brain. But if the weather is gross, like today, I’ll hit the gym for some treadmill time and weights.

    The game officially starts today and if you don’t already have your plan for the week, now’s the time to make it!

    Mondays are my day to look at the week, plan my menu and then plan my workouts. Usually Mondays are too busy for a workout but today is gorgeous enough, I’m going to make it happen.

    Time to hydrate, move my body, and fuel my body right!
