- Good morning and welcome to the final few days of the game! As a group, we’ve lost almost 5500 lbs! I’m so impressed with all of you! Even if you don’t hit your goal this time, you’ve still made amazing progress!
Let’s plan out our final few days together so we can be proud of the progress we’ve made. This week I’ve got some new protein bars for snacks, my meals planned out, and workout days ready.
