Oh Yeah I agree. Working out to me goes with eating right. I have to stay in that mode. I want to start lifting, right now I am swinging kettlebells doing the Skogg's System but I can't wait to start lifting.

Definitely, we need to keep going to maintain. I have not yet been at a complacent place with myself, but still I have often given up and had to start all over again! No more! We can do it! I too am concentrating on mostly cardio now, but I am still including some weight lifting. Good luck!!!
