I hear you about weighing in at the last minute possible, but weight is always lower in the am. Try it tomorrow morning. See if you'll "make goal." I hope you do!

I use smoke & mirrors to give the impression that I'm on 24/7! But seriously, I work as a manager for a public sector college. I enjoy leading worthwhile causes like this one. I also grew up an obese child but finally shed all that 15 years ago. The road to fitness was very tough for me and I want to be attentive to everyone here by showing them I can relate and give them a moral boost if they need it.
