Wow, I didn't realize the original p90x was 90 minutes long! That's a long workout. I did Insanity for a little while. You might like it too. It's a Beachbody workout but with Shaun T instead of Tony. I think the videos were between 30 and 45 minutes for the most part. P90x3 sounds rough! I felt like I was about to die doing Insanity. I didn't have a heart rate monitor then, but I'm sure it would have been off the charts. I just started PiYo this week (yet another Beachbody workout) and it's just like you described Yoga X. Pretty fun so far. Since you're experienced in yoga, do you know of any tips to keep the palms of my hands from hurting during downward dog and plank?
