Summer of 69

Good luck! i have a few non-weight goals too. They include being able to wear a bikini in public (which I am about to do in Las Vegas - I'm not at my goal weight, but I am going to say "screw it" and just wear it - my hubs thinks I look hot, which is all that matters!). The big thing for me is to be able to have functional fitness: walk all day, carry groceries, lift heavy things, etc. without getting tired or sore.

Wow, I can relate to so many of these!!! That's a great list and a great way of looking at it. My BF and I are celebrating our 5 year anniversary in March, and will be going to Punta Cana. It's my goal to wear some sort of bikini! Or get into the super hot monokinis I have that look horrible now.So far my ankle pain and swelling have gone down and I am ecstatic about it. I have ankles again! And I have a ton of shoes and heels that are too tight on my chubby feet so I want to get back into all my awesome footwear and clothes. Today I had a no-scale victory...the dress I wore on Mother's Day, that my BF had to fight to zipper me into..I put on today, and zipped up myself no problem. Yay!
