Good Morning Dawn,
I see you do the carb cycle. I just wanted to get some input from you on it. I ordered the Vemma Bode that Chris Powell is spokes person for. It lays out the plan for you and there is an app that tells you when to eat. Low carb days you have one shake and smart protein, fat, and veg and on high carb you have a shake for breakfast and lunch and add smart protein, carb and veg I believe. I am suppose to get this in the mail on Friday. Thanks for any advice or success you have had with this. thanks

I think its ok to use Bode to jumpstart, but I love food and I really don't like drinking my calories much ...as soon as i stopped the shakes(herbalife) i gained 20 lbs of the 30 i had lost back and I lost muscle that I have had to put back on..so be very careful about long term use of shakes:) whole clean foods is your best bet and any of Chis's carb cycles ...try to follow his plan and eat whole foods 80% of the time and you will have success! you are worth it:)

if you need more muscle which i suggest try short hard workouts weight or circuit training at home you could do kettle bell if you are able...5-30 minutes 3 days a week

I was wondering if you have a bountiful baskets in your area? http://www.bountifulbaskets.org/ You get lots of fruit and veggies every week for $15. I compared what I got to the grocery store once and it was about $55 worth of food... I love it.

Excellent work. Let's keep this going! We all did such a great job of motivating each other — I want to keep the momentum going.

I'm thinking of organizing a game: Robin's Nest in a few days... Are you interested in maybe joining if I do? They say if the bet is $35, there is a greater likelihood of success. What do you think?

I have decided that I would probably join one at a time...if they are to close together I do not try as hard to push harder but just barely meet my goal and i don't want them to end at lady time it would discourage me to lose because of that!...so strategic planner here...lol How is your new diet bet going? I love my healthy lifestyle I don't plan on going back to the old me:) Keep up the momentum! Blessings D

How did it go with you? Either way, if we lost anything we are winners. It costs $$ to belong to weight watchers, or other programs.
