I have learned from experience it is too easy to turn off my alarm clock in the morning without even realizing it when I am tired. Instead I like to exercise as soon as I get off work at 330, before I let myself get sidetracked doing anything else. This has brought me the best, most consistent results

I admire people who manage to work out in the morning. I simply cannot do it. :D But no matter if you work out early or late, the "Just do it!" attitude is always good. :)
