Weight loss is possible without vigorous exercise, is it possible for you to do low intensity workouts?

You've got this. Start with easy workouts. You don't need the "Go hard or go home" mentality. Every little bit you do adds to you journey, and increase your intensity if/when you are able!I used to think 45-60 minutes for exercise or don't do it. To get me started for this dietbet I committed to 20 minutes and IF i can, I will do more but I will do 20 minutes 5-6 days and week. No need to set myself up for failure by putting a goal that was unrealistic with my busy life right now. I was able to accomplish that this week. I plan to do more as time allows but not beating myself up if I can't. That 20 minutes if keeping me honest and feeling positive. So, make your plan, then go for it, you've got this!
