Hi Beth! I just saw your comment on my cheer board (I usually look at DietBet on my phone and so I don't see everything) - thank you for such a nice message This is my 4th diet bet and it's a great motivator. How is your bet going so far? And tell me about Kangooing!

So far it hasn't been going well. I have always been the great dieter and lose weight too quickly and it quickly comes back on and more after I reach my goal. This time I am trying to do it permanently. It's a lot harder this way. Plus, I was following others advice on working out (never did it this way) and when I took their advice the scale stopped. I realized after some research last night - I have a different body type and need to work out I am back on track and looking forward for the future. I'll probably lose this one but I am looking forward to the future.

Trying to see how I can upload a picture of kangoo helps with the impact on the body.
