Sounds like a tough schedule ... this is where planning and preparing ahead of time will help you a lot, so you don't find yourself hungry, without healthy food, near vendo-land. If you have a smart phone, I recommend using an app to track your food and exercise. I use LoseIt and others here use My Fitness Pal. Tracking really, really helps me.

I for one completely believe in you. I heard a popular Trainer and Ultra Athlete Vinnie Tortorich once say "Diet first, Exercise second." This little line help me immensely. My starting weight was actually a bit more and have similar a similar goal. You can do it. I also for a time in my career had to work nights for a 3 year period, the shred of advice I can provide in that scenario is to treat your sleeping time as Sacred! Your sleep schedule is so important and I might say even more important for those that work 3rd shifts. Good luck, stay strong, and keep smiling!
