This morning I was 1.5 under the goal. I’m so stressed because of course it’s the weekend and I always mess up. Ugh. Gotta try my best to stick to it until Monday morning. My body is ridiculous & it just randomly bloats. Smh

Its tedious, but I've taken to counting individual chips/ pretzels into a bowl and taking it into where i am hanging out. The bag stays in the kitchen. Otherwise 1 bag=1 serving for me

One week in and seeing a little progress on the scale. As ref Stacy posted, weekends are my nemesis. I don’t drink but we do eat out more when my bf is over. I don’t want to sabotage my loss and have setbacks. So we will move more in the nice weather and I’ll aim for good choices.

Go Dori!! You’re going to do a great job! I’ve been walking every morning and it was hard at first but now I love it! I try to do about 2 miles, it takes me almost an hour but it’s still something!

I belong to a gym, too! Does your have fitness classes? I love to go to the classes because they also focus on mobility exercises which makes it to where I can run and jump with my 8, 7, and 5 year old.

Hi everyone! I'm Katherine! I'm getting married in just under six weeks and I really want to feel confident in my wedding dress. I just completed my second Dietbet this year. If I can complete this one I'll be at my goal weight by the wedding!

My focus this month is getting more exercise. I've got my diet dialed in but if I don't burn some calories exercising I won't hit my goal weight. I plan to do that by hiking and running more often. I know this will be my most challenging Dietbet yet but I'm focused and ready for the challenge! I've already lost 11 pounds and I feel amazing. Good luck everyone! I really hope we all make it!

I just did my weigh in. I’m disappointed that I let my weight creep up this much. I really want to focus on counting out snacks and not going off the rails on the weekends! Good luck everyone!

You’ve got this! And I agree, it’s always a little shocking to get on the scale after not doing it for a while. But it’s a great motivator!
