Blog Update - Highlight for day two - 75 minute brisk walk. Lunch - taco salad (was kinda bad there). Snack - half of a meat wrap (some kinda meat - I dunno what). Dinner - Pan fried chicken breast and whole avocado (learnt from Lailia's blog after I already ate dinner that our limit per day should be half of an avocado. grrrr.... But I love it so darn much)
Day Three- Jun 3. Soooo.... I did some blood work earlier on this week and my doctor told me today that my cholesterol level is kinda high and my blood sugar level is 7 (safe max is 6). He said that I am pre-diabetic and I need to change my life around. He advised me to start a clean diet program and to exercise daily. Well - I sure had a response for him - I was like "I got that covered doc. I started this awesome program with Laila Ali on Monday and when I do my follow up tests in one month, I promise you that you will see a difference." Gosh, I felt so good to say that. Thanks you everyone for your support- now I know that this month is not just winning a bet, but its about my LIFE!
