Hey. I don't have a full mirror either. I always take a double take when I see myself in stores or at the gym. I feel so much smaller...*LOL...Maybe because for someone my size I am still much more active than most people think of "FAT" people. I started off at 350 pounds three years ago. Sadly...when I started this challenge I started at 328 pounds...that is how much weight I lost in three years. Butttttttt....I now weigh 315 and with my determination and the extra help with DietBet...because ohhh I hate to lose money!! I will get rid of my fat...*smileAnd so can you..I am morbidly obese and I am about to change that....and if I can do this...ohh so can YOU. We can all do this together *smileGOOD LUCK...let's get this done
