I was really starting to think I wouldn't make this. We are in the process of moving though and getting ready for the movers today and I managed to get off a whole lbs this weekend. Yesterday I got close to 20,000 steps and was just at home getting ready for all this. I am so thankful.

I have been losing my focus this week. I have 1.3 lb to finish this. I need some motivation. I think some of it is water weight because I have been indulging a bit this week (stress eating) and am up a half lb from my lowest during this. Any inspiration, tough love, advice? Thanks ❤

Stress/boredom eating is the hardest habit to break for sure. We keep lots of fresh fruit around to help when we get the snackies and are trying to not empty the pantry that has all the sugary treats.

Also, making it a point to drink water or move your body when the stress eating hits can help too.
