UGH!! I could just beat myself up. I was doing so good and this weekend was a baby shower and I totally ruined what I have been so hard working on. Haven't felt good either and i just cannot get back to it. I mean It has only been 3 days of messing up but it messed up enough that I will not make goal. I guess there is next round and I will learn. I doubt even doing a detox tea right now would help.... Good luck everyone!!!
