I struggled with the last 2 rounds of this challenge and missed them by 1-1.5 pounds. I had to wait until the 2nd day, but made this one. I think I finally refined my process with exercise and food and how to balance the two. Good luck to everyone.

  • After a little bit of a plateau, I started losing weight again ! My pants fits nicely now !!! This is such a big reward, more than the balance number

I just finished a kickstarter and I am excited to continue my weight loss. In 4 months I will be going to Vegas, so I am looking forward to getting on the plane lighter than I am today.
