Your spirit is amazing! You can and you will get strong. There is no alternative, which makes any sense, so just keep moving into the right direction. That's what I told myself when I got out of the hospital after a bad injury. Just. Keep. Moving. Forward. Sometimes, I overdo it or I hurt myself and it keeps me from working out. But I know that I need to find *something* to stay active, to keep moving. Most of the times, I figure something out. You will do the same. There is only one way to go from here, so you will learn, watch what works best for you, and figure out your own ideal plan. You can do a lot to cheat fate. You already started. So thanks for sharing your story, your energy is really motivating!!
