Hi Zaria! I haven't been doing so well with my weight loss. I've been regaining a little at a time for most of this year. So I've put about 30 pounds back on. :-( I need to get back in a game too. I'm glad to hear how well you have been doing and that you caught yourself before it got too bad. Good luck! I know you can do it. :-)

To all of my buddies out there in the DietBet game, I just want to say thanks for everything you've done to help me over the past three months!

Over the course of 10 games, my whole life and body have been transformed, my mentality has been transformed, and I've lost nearly 30 pounds!! I've decided that I don't want to lose as many pounds as I THOUGHT I did (I really DO love my curves and I'm actually worried about losing too much of them!). So, for now, it's time to focus more on building lean muscle, keeping the weight off, and accomplishing some physical feats (like a Tough Mudder, perhaps!).

It's been an incredible journey and I thank you all for supporting me along the way. You can still find me on MyFitnessPal as zqadafi.

Hi Nerak! This Tuesday I'm going to finish (and win, fingers crossed!) my tenth and last dietbet for at least a month. I've had to readjust my weight goals because I didn't think I'd look this good at this weight! I'll try to maintain for a month and then decide whether I need to lose more. How about you?

Thanks, atisket! I REALLY struggled with this one! I think that means I'm getting close to my healthy weight!
