Thanks, lady! I busted my ass in the kitchen this weekend so I have lots of good, nutritious whole food to eat this week. Just saying no to junk food. :) I'm eating stell cut oats right now. You keep up the good work, too. You're quite the inspiration!

Who doesn't love pants that fit? It's the little things that can keep us going. Throughout this challenge, I keep going back to this note I wrote to myself before Day 1. "One day at a time. That's all you can do and give to the world." I'm here for you, lady friend.

Pants that are back in the rotation are motivating for sure. I have some jeans also, but they are so out of style now, I doubt I'll wear them, but it's nice to know that I could if I wanted to! I don't think I'll make the goal this time around, but I'm happy with the results so far either way. I see you are at 100% now. I'm so proud of you!
