Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisting sweets is getting much better! Drinking more water has been a plus to my weight loss steady

Maybe exercised more I had to do a lot of overtime at work which caused me not to exercise

I was up and down this week I knew I was losing but the scale went up and down I need to do more water

I’ve watched my sweets more didn’t have much exercise bc out of town so have to get back to that
