Congrats Andrea on your recent weight loss!!!

Just to let you know, I'm hosting a new diet bet, "Fatty No More," which begins after Labor Day on Friday, Sept. 6. The bet is only $20. The weigh in dates are Sept. 4,5 and 6. The game ends on Friday, Oct. 4.

Today is a new day and you can get back on track. Potato chips ate my downfall, I ate chips in Friday and was up 2.5 lbs the next day. Flush the salts out by drinking a lot of water. You can do this.

People can join late. It doesn't affect anyone but them because they have less time to lose their 4%.
