Thank you to all - I am getting by right now - not seeing any loss since breaking my ankle but I am still trying to eat healthy. It is what it is - but I am definitely feeling the love from everyone!! Good luck to everyone on the dietbet.

you're welcome! I hoped someone would find them useful. I'm sad to say my recovery is going to be much easier than yours since it's just a sprain. darn gofer holes. Hope your pain is manageable. I think we'll both be eating a lot of salads during this dietbet! wishing you a speedy recovery as well!

Oh no! I know that's hard. I just had surgery on my knee last week. But they say a nutritional meal plan (not diet! Lol) is 80% if weight loss. So stay positive. You've got this!
