You've done so well! Congratulations on your tremendous weight loss. You look great! I'm sorry that you're feeling tired. I think it's natural to feel fatigue when you've been at war with cravings and such, but I hope that you can take a breath and celebrate, too. You deserve a treat, even if it's just something small...a new lipstick, a facial, a book or movie night, whatever would feel fun and a bit indulgent. This has been a long journey and a tough one, but you're nearing the end. You've got this.

I'm just starting on a journey to lose 60 pounds. Your achievement is inspiring to me. I know what it's like to get tired. I lost 25 last year and regained it this year. Boy, do I wish I had kept on track. It's worth it. Keep up the great work!
