Awesome post, and so true! Yes, I would like to look better in my clothes, but that's not the main reason to do this. I know I'm unhealthy and I look at my son and can't stand the thought of leaving him without a mother because I couldn't find the willpower to make healthy choices. My mom died 3 years ago at age 58 because her carotid arteries were clogged, and that is way too young. I don't ever want my son to lose me so early, especially if I can help prolong my life. He's the best motivation there is for me. And yes, I hate exercising too, so much, but I also know how important it is to stay active so I make myself do it. I usually do it early in the morning, telling myself, "Just get this done and you have the rest of the day to yourself." :)
