Hi MMK, I was so bloated yesterday from period weight too. Yesterday day i made jillian michaels detox drink, recipe is online, its easy, & drank the whole thing. Did cardio at gym & went in the sauna, & had plain salad with tuna & mayo for dinner, this worked for me. If your going to try for weigh in tomorrow this might work. I was at 190.3 yesterday & weighed in at pre bloat weight 187 today. Good Luck.
