Hi Kelli! I just added you as a friend so we can keep each other accountable with Ripped in 30. Have you ever completed that DVD before? Or any of JM's other DVDS?

A few years ago I completed 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30, but gained all the weight back :/ I also was almost done with Insanity, but quit in the last two weeks. Sticking to programs is my problem!
