Awesome job answering the Q & A on the blog post. You are my favorite Diet bet host. Thanks for sharing your stories. I remember reading Wheat Belly a long time ago. Learned a lot. I would just like to say I follow you on IG and out of everyone I follow you appear to be the most down to earth, honest and genuine person. Thank you for being you and encouraging me everyday.
