I hope all of you had success! That could be making your goal weight, making a non-scale goal, or just getting back on the horse after falling off and getting dragged along for a while.

Here are some tips for making your weigh-out goal when you’re soooo close (just for a few days!):
It’s often about water retention, so…
Don’t eat out
Drink more water
Cut waaay back on salt
Don’t do your hardest workout right before (24hrs-ish) you weigh. Well worked muscles hold more water. Very healthy, but will make the scale go up.
Eliminate all processed foods
Additional non-water related things to try…
Cut back or cut out carbs
A few days (or longer non-eating periods) of intermittent fasting
Get enough sleep!!
Change something in your exercise routine
Eat low-bulk food before weighing
Reduce stress or do something good for yourself
