this week, I managed to add a little more exercise into my daily routine. Daily pullups, every time I walk past the pull up bar without a baby I jump on and get a few reps. Also got on my wakeboard a few times this weekend, it reminded me that I don't do it enough... glutes were smoked after...

Non-scale victory of the week!

Had the best weekend possible! Played hockey Friday night (scored a couple goals) killed a bull moose Saturday (for food), then played hockey again Sunday (scored a really nice goal) moose is hanging in the cooler butchering next week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Missed a couple of home workout days, 2 days of powerlifting need to be a priority.
